Equipment and Decorating Cost: RMB £¤20,000 (settled according to practical cost), the estimated prophase investment is RMB £¤55,000
Note: Costs listed above do not include fees such as the house rent, fees for water and electricity capacity-expansion, etc.

IV. Preparation for Operation
1. The Company shall provide franchisees with valid certificates required for handling the licenses and certificates, the expenses shall be taken by franchisees.
2. Employees shall be recruited by franchisees themselves, and the unified training for the employees shall be arranged by the Company.
3. The standard staffing for each store is 3--8 persons (in accordance with actual need of the store)
4. Purchasing raw materials
5. Providing sales promotion design proposals after the opening. Assigning designated personnel to work for the franchisee and support the operation.
V. Operating Management and Service
1. The company shall assign personnel to pay returning visits to the store from time to time to provide operating management and sales promotion instructions, and to inspect the manufacture quality, service quality and inventory.
2. The Company shall regularly provide equipment maintenance and consultancy services.
3. The Company shall provide new products manufacture training.
4. The Company shall provide the franchisee with the raw material it needs within two days after receiving the notice from the franchisee, and guarantee the stable quality and reasonable price of the raw material provided.
